Resuspension Calculator

Your details

Oligo mode uses the nmol amount printed on your tube. General reagent mode uses mass and molecular weight for any chemical.
Choose which of the three quantities you want the calculator to work out.
The amount of oligonucleotide, usually printed on the tube as nmol.
100 uM is the standard stock concentration for most primers. Use 20-25 uM for direct use in PCR.
The volume of TE buffer or nuclease-free water you will add to the pellet.
Turn on to use C1V1 = C2V2 to find out how much stock solution to transfer to make a working concentration.

Add 250.00 uL of diluent to reach 100 uM

  • Add 250.00 uL of nuclease-free water or TE buffer directly to the lyophilized pellet.
  • Vortex briefly, then spin down. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before aliquoting for long-term stability.
  • Store the stock at -20 C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Make 10-20 uL aliquots at your working concentration for daily use.

Next stepEnable the dilution toggle below to plan your working-stock aliquots in one step.
